Where do you deliver?

We partner with Aramex and Quiqup to deliver your Nayomi parcel right to your doorstep to over 50+ countries around the world including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, UK, Egypt, India, Lebanon, France, Germany, Belgium, Scotland, Denmark, Australia, US, etc.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we do. Nayomi.com parcels can be delivered to any region which is serviced by Aramex, and which is not prohibited to do so by UAE law or OFAC Sanctions.

What are your charges for delivery?

We charge a standard, flat fee for your delivery, regardless of weight. Please see the section on courier charges for your specific region and currency.

Why am I paying shipping charges?

Custom fees are determined and charged by the country where we are shipping your products. We cannot determine the exact amount that is why we do not add it to the invoice. Upon arrival, the dedicated courier will be in touch with you to inform you about the exact amount as assessed and decided by your country. If you reject the order due to custom fees and other charges, we will not be able to refund you order value & any other charges/ fees.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Your parcel will be shipped without delay, from our depot, when all the items have been received and perfectly packaged in the beautiful Nayomi box/bag.

Please note that delivery times can be impacted on Customs Clearance times. This is not in our control and we will not be able to liaise with individual countries' customs authorities to assist you.

Can I track my parcel?

Yes, you can! Simply enter the Airwaybill number provided in your shipping confirmation email on the Aramex website https://www.aramex.com/express/track.aspx and you will be updated with the shipment status.

What are your charges for delivery?

  • We charge a standard flat fee of SAR/AED 28 for delivery of an order under SAR/AED 299.
  • Any orders greater than SAR/AED 299 or USD 100 will be shipped to you Free of Charge.

How can I shop on nayomi.com?

Simply select your items, in the desired size and quantity and click ‘Add to Cart.

Then proceed to your cart and select ‘Checkout’ where you will be asked to enter all required fields (billing, shipping etc).

Once payment has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Make sure you keep this as it will contain important information such as your order number.

What is Click & Collect and how does it work?

Click & Collect is a convenient and complimentary service, which allows you to shop and pay for your order online, and then select your pick-up point as one of our participating stores in KSA and UAE and collect it at your convenience.

Our store will contact you when your parcel is ready to be picked up.

How do I place an order for Click & Collect?

Here is what you need to do to place a Click & Collect order:

   Find the products you want to buy by searching for them or by browsing our departments.
   Add these products to your basket with the 'Add to Basket' button.
   Choose the store you would like to collect from using the drop-down list or select it on the map
   Enter your payment information and click the 'Continue' button.
   The store will call you when they have received the parcel and will advise you to collect it at your soonest convenience.

How much does it cost?

Click & Collect is FREE from your chosen store. Your order can be collected in 4-5 business days. The store will call you when it is ready for collection.

Which store will my order go to?

When you place your order, you will be able to select a store that's convenient for you from a list of stores available. The name of your chosen store will appear in your email confirmation.

How can I pay for Click & Collect order?

How do I create an account?

Click on the ‘Create an Account’ button and complete all required fields. You will be asked to enter an email address and a unique password. On future visits, you can log into your account and view your profile, save preferred shipping addresses and even create your wishlists for later use.

When you create an account, you will also be eligible for special offers and promotions.

Must I create an account to shop on Nayomi.com?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, you will only be eligible for promotions and special offers as a registered user.

Why login?

When you create an account and log in, you will be able to view your previous baskets and shipping details. We will also be able to tailor-make special offers for you.

Do you have stores where I can try the items on?

How do I change my shopping currency?

Simply go to settings, select your country of currency.

Can I purchase items in bulk and resell them?

The resale of Nayomi items is prohibited; even if doing so in countries where Nayomi does not have a store. Doing so will make you subject to legal action.

How do I use a voucher or promotional code?

When you are ready to check out, enter the promotional code into the ‘Redeem Voucher' box and proceed with your check out. The voucher will be applied to all eligible items in your basket at the time of entering the code.

Can I cancel order placed at Nayomi.com?

We fully understand that sometimes you might change your mind regarding your purchase.
If you change your mind and want to cancel your order, follow the below mentioned steps.

Registered customers
Cancel your order under My account as long as the order has not been processed by our warehouse team (You will see status – Processing if order has been processed).
If your order has already been processed, however it is not shipped contact our Customer Service Team at 800 5654 in the UAE or at 8001180009 in KSA to cancel your order and we will use all reasonable endeavors to cancel it providing your order has not yet been shipped. If order has been shipped such cancelation will be treated as a return. Please refer to our Return section below for further information.

If you placed order as Guest, then please contact our Customer Service Team to request your return. Will use all reasonable endeavors to cancel it providing your order has not yet been shipped. International orders (not to UAE or KSA) cannot be cancelled.
Due to charges involved for shipping and returning products abroad (including custom fees) we do not accept international cancellations.

Can I return items purchased on Nayomi.com?

Nayomi.com are proud to offer convenient and generous returns and exchange policies to our customers.Considering the intimate nature of our products, and all required Health and Safety laws, Nayomi.com will gladly accept the exchange or return of an item, provided that it meets with all of the following conditions:

  • The Product is not underwear (This includes Bras, Panties, Shapewear, Bath Sets, Wrap sets and Slippers).
  • The Product is returned within 7 days of the date of delivery (discounted items or products bought during the sale can only be exchanged within the sale period).
  • For COD orders, please contact customer support to help you with the return. Refund usually takes from 10-14 working days for all COD orders post receiving them in our warehouse passing a successful quality check.
  • We require a valid proof of purchase.
  • The Product is exchanged/returned with its original receipt, which was included in the delivery. Unfortunately, bank statements will not be accepted.
  • The Product is undamaged, unopened, unused and in its original packaging, with swing tags.
  • If the Product was purchased as part of a special multi-buy offer, all of the Products purchased as part of the multi-buy must be returned at the same time.


For prepaid orders, refund is processed upon item return to our warehouse along with a successful quality check, the bank will issue your refund within 10 - 14 working days. Please contact Customer Service if you have not received a refund after 14 working days. For COD orders,  please contact customer support to help you with the return. Refund usually takes from 10-14 working days for all COD orders post receiving them in our warehouse passing a successful quality check.

If your order was a click and collect order, then you may easily visit any of our stores to return your item and have your paid amount refunded instantly in cash.

Please note that refund will not include delivery or COD incurred charges.

Can I exchange items purchased on Nayomi.com?

If you want to exchange an item, you can return it according to our return policy mentioned above, and then proceed with placing a new order.

How do I return items?

For prepaid purchases, you may return your purchased items from your profile being a registered user. If you have not created a profile on our website, please contact customer support to help you with the return. Refund usually takes from 10-14 working days for all prepaid orders post receiving them in our warehouse passing a successful quality check.

For COD orders,  please contact customer support to help you with the return. Refund usually takes from 10-14 working days for all COD orders post receiving them in our warehouse passing a successful quality check.

Will I get a refund for items purchased on Nayomi.com when I return them to a Nayomi store?

Refund usually takes from 10-14 working days for all prepaid orders post receiving them in our warehouse passing a successful quality check., as long as item was returned within the return period and eligible for a return as per our returns and exchanges process.

Will I get a refund for items purchased on Nayomi.com?

 

Yes, for online prepaid orders, refund takes 10-14 business days upon item return back to our warehouse following quality check.
Any fees such as delivery fee will be deducted from the refund unless it is a manufacturing defect.

Is the delivery cost refunded when I return an item?

We are happy to refund the delivery cost of the item if a mistake had been made by our team, such as incorrect item and size sent, damaged product etc.

Unfortunately, delivery costs cannot be refunded if the receiver no longer wants the item.

How can I pay for my purchase on Nayomi.com?

Nayomi.com offers fast, convenient and secure payment options for customers to select from.

Credit or Debit Card payments made with a Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards are accepted.

Your payment details will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secure connection. You must retain a copy of your transaction records and please read our Terms of Sale, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Will I pay any customs fees for my international order upon delivery?

What happens if I provide incorrect recipient details and someone else receives my parcel?

In cases that incorrect recipient details were provided, resulting in the incorrect delivery of parcels, we will not refund or replace the order. We are committed to assisting our customers in resolving such issues, we will need all necessary proof and documentation to help.
