Return Policy

Nayomi.com is proud to offer convenient and generous returns and exchange policies to our customers.

Considering the intimate nature of our products, and all required Health and Safety laws, Nayomi.com will gladly accept the exchange or return of an item, provided that it meets with all of the following conditions:

● The Product is not underwear (This includes Bras, Panties, Shapewear, Bath Sets, Wrap sets and Slippers).

● The Product is returned within 7 days of the date of delivery (discounted items or products bought during the sale can only be exchanged within the sale period).

●For COD orders, please contact customer support to help you with the return. Refund usually takes from 10-14 working days for all COD orders post receiving them in our warehouse passing a successful quality check.

● We require a valid proof of purchase.

● The Product is exchanged/returned with its original receipt, which was included in the delivery. Unfortunately, bank statements will not be accepted.

● The Product is undamaged, unopened, unused and in its original packaging, with swing tags.

● If the Product was purchased as part of a special multi-buy offer, all of the Products purchased as part of the multi-buy must be returned at the same time.

● You can exchange perfumes and beauty items only if they are in their original packing.

Refunds will be made by the original mode of payment or to your bank account. We do not refund delivery charges except where the Product is defective or is not the Product you ordered.

The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

Please note that we do not accept international returns.

Process for returning orders

Registered user 

In order to proceed to return request from your account in the section “My account” and “My orders”, by clicking on “Order Details” and “Return/ Exchange”, you can select the items, return reasons and specify if you require product to be collected from your address or you will return product in one of our stores. Then click on “Return items”, you will receive an email confirming your return details. Following this, you will receive a phone call from our courier company Aramex to schedule collection of your parcel. The return label will be provided by the courier company, so you do not need to write the return address.

Guest user 

If you have not created a profile on our website, please contact customer support to help you with the return. Refund usually takes from 10-14 working days for all prepaid orders upon receiving and inspecting returned products at our warehouse.

Can I return items purchased on Nayomi.com?

For prepaid orders, a refund is processed upon item return to our warehouse along with a successful quality check, the bank will issue your refund within 10 - 14 working days. Please contact Customer Service if you have not received a refund after 14 working days.
For COD orders, please contact customer support to help you with the return. Refund usually takes from 10-14 working days for all COD orders post receiving them in our warehouse passing a successful quality check.

If your order was a click and collect order, then you may easily visit any of our stores to return your item and have your paid amount refunded instantly in cash.

Please note that refund will not include delivery or COD incurred charges.

Can I exchange items purchased on Nayomi.com?

Please note that refunds to Mada cards processed more than 14 days after the original purchase may be delayed up to an additional 4 weeks due to the refund processing policy enforced by Mada and your issuing bank.
