What is your policy on returns?

Dream will gladly accept the exchange or return of an item, provided that it meets the Health and Safety Laws as well as all of the following conditions:


● The Product is not underwear (This includes panties, swimwear, bath sets, wrap sets and slippers).

● The Product is returned within 7 days of the date of delivery (discounted items or products bought during the sale can only be exchanged within the sale period).

● We require a valid proof of purchase. The Product is exchanged/returned with its original receipt, which was included in the delivery. Unfortunately, bank statements will not be accepted.

● The Product is undamaged, unopened, unused and in its original packaging, with swing tags.

● If the Product was purchased as part of a special multi-buy offer, all of the Products purchased as part of the multi-buy must be returned at the same time.

● You can exchange perfumes and beauty items only if they are unused and in their original packing.

● Place a return request: Go to your orders and place a request to return the item/s purchased.

● Product must be in original packaging: Place your item/s back in its original packaging.

● Send item back with our courier: One of the couriers will come to collect the item/s

● Payment refund: Your refund will be processed once the item/s has been checked for usage (this could take 10-14 business days)

● Call our helpline: You can reach us by telephone on 8005654 (UAE) or 8001180009 (KSA) to place a request to return the item/s purchased.

● Product must be in original packaging: Place your item/s back in its original packaging.

● Send item back with our courier: One of the couriers will come to collect the item/s

● Payment refund: Your refund will be processed once the item/s has been checked for usage (this could take 10-14 business days)
 

Can I return part of a promotional purchase, where the discount was calculated on the total cost of my purchase?

Yes, you can return items that were originally part of a promotion, but you will lose out on the discount.

Can I return items purchased on nayomidream.com?

For prepaid orders, kindly contact Customer Service to initiate a refund. Once your items are returned to our warehouse along with a successful quality check, the bank will issue your refund within 10 - 14 working days. Please contact Customer Service if you have not received a refund after 14 working days.

If your order was a click and collect order, then you may easily visit any of our stores to return your item and have your paid amount refunded instantly in cash – return to store.

Please note that refund will not include delivery charges.

Please note that refunds to Mada cards processed more than 14 days after the original purchase may be delayed up to an additional 4 weeks due to the refund processing policy enforced by Mada and your issuing bank.

Please note that we do not accept international returns
